I agree with reviewers who say this is not as much a Spaghetti Western, but more of a Spanish Western or Drama. George Hilton plays a solder who evolves into a killer after facing the tragic death of his lover and their baby son. Ernest Borgnine plays the Mexican Don, who hates the soldier for some reason. It all ends badly in a showdown at the bull ring. Yes there are gunfights, but in the end the knife fights play more of a role. The Italian title is: "Quei disperati che puzzano di sudore e di morte" which translates to "Those desperate ones who stink of sweat and death" and I think it is a more suitable title for the movie.
