[PÖFF'21] The film achieves an intimate portrait of street children in Bogotá, threatened by social cleansing. Use fantasy to create a world parallel to that underworld they inhabit. "The sewers are for the water, not for the rats." In this representation of the imagination the story sometimes stagnates, but manages to create a vision that is both dreamlike and true.
