The Student Nurses is a feminist drama in an exploitation package...with a LOT of social commentary. Too bad it ends up being way too short to really explore all the issues it tries to take on. It all ends up a bit halfway, and to me...a bit boring. You still get as much nudity as they allowed back then, of course, but I highly doubt that is all Stephanie Rothman wanted to convey with The Student Nurses when she made it. It's by no means bad, but really isn't my cup of tea.
