This meanders for an hour, trying to flesh out mostly horrible people ("yeah, my friend openly steals my shit but everybody is kind of okay with it, lol") and then tries to hit you with "revelations" that happen so fast that there is no time for an emotional response. Added to that *baffling* directorial mistakes and decisions like missing counter shots or somebody walking into a small room and "not noticing" that there is another person in there in plain sight. Just boring and then annoying.
