Liked the way it was filmed a lot. The music was really good. Also Susan Tyrell's last movie appearance. A bored, neglected lonely kid finds something in the woods. Her family are mundane and don't set a great example nor teach life skills. It shows how bad parenting, evil, and frustration can lead to certain behaviours. She battles with that a little. I thought it was a little slow sometimes. The ending seemed a bit out of place and a shock. Was there much character development? Unsure. Worth a watch.
