It was fun, but not great. Mark Strong was perfect as the bad guy. It seemed to drag here and there. Otherwise it was OK.

Like marriage therapy: a lot of couple's drama, no action, and doesn't make a difference. M et Mme Smith. A spy couple who are separated while the wife tries to eliminate the wet ops team they bailed on (in 4 years she kills 1 out of the 6 left!) has to face their past when the husband stops a bank robbery to protect their son and their cover is blown. Nothing happens until the climax and by then it's too little too late.

I was looking forward to this being the usual cheap, fun, and quick action flick, which it is, but in the weirdest way. The casting is great, yet the acting and chemistry aren't. The story has character development and some depth, yet it is predictable and slow. The action and stunts are fun, yet unoriginal, and the script in between feels bizarre and ill-timed. Also, the audio and soundtrack sound off. Overall, if you're a fan of any of the big names involved, you'll probably enjoy it more than the average viewer.

Three stars. Lots of fun. I would definitely recommend to see this film. Lots of fun performances and great plot and twists. Nice mix of street culture with enough of the mission impossible vibe. Great pacing and stunts and score. Well done.
