A pretty bad movie that gets funnier as time goes on. Would do great in a group watch dedicated to schlocky fantasy movies. John Saxon is the only one trying to do an accent, everyone else just swaps in 'Thee' for 'You'. Hearing a woman say, "There was a really great looking guy on a horse over there." and knowing she's talking about Marc Singer is hilarious. He looked good in Beastmaster, but has not aged well and the long hair makes him look worse. The fantasy costumes and sets are so cheesy looking. But it's worth it to see Lancelot step out of a room looking ready for a square dance with his sword in tow. The editing and 3DCG effects are funny every time. Action is better than expected but I imagine that's just due to Singer's time on Beastmaster. RIP to AJ and his friends who just get left in the past apparently.
