For those of us who got hooked on the series, this documentary is a gift. Seeing how the whole project came together, from Henry Cavill's casting (who you can tell is a fan of the original material) to the production design details, is quite interesting. I also liked discovering how they adapted such a dense world, with Sapkowski's books and the shadow of the video games always present. That said, it's a Netflix making-of, with everything that implies, a lot of promotional material disguised as documentary. It fulfills its function for fans, but it doesn't really go beyond.
