Sinopsis
Vitoria, año 2009. Después de los altercados en su barrio debido a la inminente expropiación de algunas viviendas, Lide, madre joven que trabaja como vigilante de seguridad en las obras del tren de alta velocidad, descubre que su hija adolescente, Ane, no ha ido a dormir a casa. Lide, junto a su ex-marido Fernando, comenzará no solo a investigar el paradero de su hija, sino a adentrarse en el mundo de Ane y a darse cuenta de que ha convivido junto a una desconocida.

A story about lack of communication, of the Spanish government with nationalist sentiments, of different generations, of mother and daughter... In the short film "Ane" (2018) the director focused on the daughter, but here he changes the point of view to the mother. A smart solution to broaden the horizon of story. Patricia López Arnaiz carries the weight of an intense film. One of the best Spanish films of 2020.
