[IDFA] The Congolese director approaches the consequences of a war waged in the Congo by two other countries, Rwanda and Uganda, for six days and causing 1,000 deaths and more than 3,000 wounded. Many of these, disabled or amputees, begin a trip to ask Parliament to fulfill the promised compensation, a trip that is moral, that recalls the conflict between the victims and the accomplices of the war. The documentary, shot closely, sharing the hardships of the trip, works well in its ethics of justice, in its clamor to ask that politicians work for their citizens.
