This one's been on my list for 4 yrs and I finally popped it on. Some elements work, but most don't and it's a slog to get through despite being one of my favourite genres. A disappointing 3.8 considering the 97% rt critic score this has.

This was a fun ride. It’s definitely no artsy type movie, but just a fun low budget movie, with a few good twist, and some funny parts.

Please… don’t watch this. Just pick any other movie, this will be a waste of your time. The few funny parts are not worth 90 minutes of your time

Like sailing on a calm, sunny day, even if it's a little slow in the middle, you still have good time. The best part of this indie horror film is the production value. The actors all turn in strong performances and the writer / director has given the film a professional look. Basically, Harpoon is an above average horror comedy (with more horror than comedy) that won't leave you stranded.

Really surprising. 80 minutes totally worth it, some nice twists and a great dark humor. A little diamond in the independent movie pile.
