Such an inspiring movie that is a must watch. It works because of Hrithik and in spite of almost everything else. The real Anand Kumar's story is genuinely inspiring and the film captures the emotional core of it - underprivileged kids cracking IIT through sheer will and one man's belief in them. That hits. But the screenplay is messy, the pacing loses focus in the second act, and the villainisation of the system feels heavy-handed when subtlety would've served better. Hrithik disappears into the role perfectly keeping the accent aside.
