Look, even though I may not be the target audience for this film (I'm neither mother nor parent nor middle schooler), I can see, that, instead of being a family film, _Mad Mom_ would've been better off as a dark comedy because it's not very bright.

Honestly we watched this because of a fun trailer and it was darker than we thought. I liked the ending in a way but I disliked all the messages given through the story. [spoiler]The bully were either beaten up by their parents or supported by them for their behavior. The teacher was okay doing nothing against bullying and even the father of the year seemed to think it was better to see his kid deal with it by himself. What a nice message to send. Oh and by the way, if your boyfriend wants kids but you no, please make an effort or it will make him very sad.[/spoiler]
