Disappointing they had a decent base to work with and used none of it. Changes were random and pointless. Snow patrol was laughable and the car chase scene with a Lexus, Lambo and Escalade was ridiculous. Outside of the change of scenery to Atlanta this would have been a bad movie in 1972 much less 2018.

I haven't seen the original so I can't compare the two, but on the basis of this film (and the trailer for the 70's flick), I ptobably won't bother. This isn't awful - fans of the older film might like it - but it is a messy affair, with a dodgy script and lackadaisacal direction. A few moments of cool save it from a lower score.

Better film overall than the original. Appreciated the way it was updated for the modern day. Excited to see what some of these young actors and the director are able to achieve in the future.

Such a horrible movie that tried to much to be a gangster classic.
