Ben Stiller, Edward Norton, and Jenna Elfman star in the hilarious rom-com _Keeping the Faith_. The story follows two friends, Brian and Jake, who grew up to become a priest and a rabbi in New York City, and reunite with their childhood friend Anna, but their friendships are jeopardized when Jake and Anna begin secretly dating. Stiller, Norton, and Elfman all have great chemistry together and do a good job at handling the witty, sardonic humor. And the film is surprisingly respectful of religion and has a positive message. However, the love story’s rather formulaic, featuring the usual tropes. _Keeping the Faith_ has a few weaknesses, but overall it’s a fun and entertaining film.

While Stiller and Norton are both very good here (of course), it is Elfman that steals the show and is the emotional center of the movie. Her character very much reminded me of Kim from Better Call Saul.
