Excellent sets and costumes. But the movie does not work. It feels like a collection of scenes/sketches. The 8% on rotten tomatoes is unwarranted. It deserves to be rated better just for the sets, locations and costumes. The world feels real and lived in. Not sure about the accuracy but I was sold on it. The Richard Gere dance sequence was strange but entertaining.
