The film's concept gives potential for something dark and creepy, but alas, the finished product is muddled and wearying.

the story was interesting. Some of the actors or characters are really bad, some of them are good. There is this feeling that any moment the cast or director is going to burst out laughting which is odd but i guess gives something special to the vibe. it is about an institution where crazy doctor experiment on patients and somw cult atuff the typical 19th century vibe. i dunno this movie is bad but interesting at the same time.

Topher Grace and Pamela Anderson are not part of the cast

I don't even know how to begin to say how bad this movie is. It lacks so many things, even when it comes to plot itself.
