Kati Kati is what I might call a lean film because the story is told as quickly as possible without losing any important element. The story was daring, well-paced and delightfully authentic carried on the shoulders of a stellar cast. The soundtrack was apt, with mellow afro tunes giving more credence to the story (more good music from Kenya please). It's a small film presenting a big idea about the philosophy of life and death.
