What a setting to waste. The Indus Valley Civilization as a backdrop for a Bollywood love story had real potential - the culture, the architecture, the mystery of that world. Gowariker did his research, that much shows. But the story is so generic that all that research becomes window dressing. A farmer falls for the wrong girl, fights the powerful man - iykyk. Hrithik is all physicality and charm as always, AR Rahman's score is genuinely beautiful. The film around them just never rises to either.

nice concept except the falling in love part but in the end garbage execution. the vfx is horrible.
