Finally, that reboot of the Bow Wow classic Like Mike that nobody has been asking for... except it isn't, thankfully. While the film does chronicle one boy and his pair of kicks, this is a remarkably assured debut from the director. Gritty and tough, as expected, but not without a little humour to leaven the harsh reality of life on the streets.
