Ending the trilogy on a low note.
Okay........is this one of the worst sequels of all time, no, not by a longshot. But it really pales in comparison to the previous films as it has nothing that makes it special except for Wesley Snipes who is Blade no matter what and I have to say I think Ryan Reynolds (Hannibal King) is actually pretty good and it shows how he became the star he is today. Now the film's story revolves around Blade being hunted by the police and then meeting a new crew who are tasked with hunting down Dracule aka Drake, though this could be an interesting story I have to say what lets this film down is the direction from David S.Goyer who I think is a pretty good writer but an awful director who has now creative vision, unlike Guillermo del Toro who just lets his creativity run free in the previous film. It still has its moments but the action isn't as good and it is such a let down of a movie and I can fully understand why they chose to end it here. If you like the previous two films then watch it as Wesley Snipes is still good and still has awesome one-liners, also the CGI is much better but honestly, anyone else should skip this and just watch the first two films.
Only the first one is worthy of a replay
On the third attempt, with a disastrous script, he kills Dracula.
The Blade trilogy ends on a whimper, with bad writing, acting, action, humor, and directing. In the end, it's kind of funny how nothing works in this film. Overall Rating - 2/10
