Why does this freaking franchise have so many films I’m sorry but it’s not good enough to have all these sequels I love the first two and surprisingly the 4th was actually good but the 3rd one was quite bad and then we come to this honestly terrible instalment there was literally nothing to like about it at all apart from Burt which is sadly not enough this time to save it from being a piece of garbage. The new characters were lifeless and nothing about them Burts new partner Travis was just annoying they tried to make him into another badass but instead he was just lame the rest I’ve already forgotten about which is saying something I like that they tried something different going to South Africa but these films work because of the western country feel which I really like this film just took away all of that away really could hardly watch it very boring normally there are at least funny parts but even that was mostly non existent. The best Scene was a Lion pissing on Burt that about sums up this one worst so far surely can’t get much worse in the next two.

Tremors 5 was nearly impossible to get through like it was so damm awful and I literally couldn’t get into it for the life of me, the story was pretty crap, the character were all super annoying, the acting kinda sucked ass, it was way too over the top and there was no fun to be had here at all. It was just a total mess of a film and I pretty much hated everything about it, the only good part of it was a lion pissing on Burt which I mean says it all really. I can stand the ridiculousness of these films but this was just way too ridiculous and I just wasn’t having too much fun with this one like I did with the other movies, it was pretty boring and wasn’t even that funny. Not even the awesome Burt could save this film and he wasn’t even as badass as he usually is as he went pretty strange in that cage scene, I still like him though obviously but what the hell was all that about. I’m gonna give this movie a 1 out of 10 like i just absolutely hated it so much and it’s literally one of the worst movies I’ve ever seen in my life, it’s such a bad movie. 1/10

This may be slightly better than 4, but no where near the first 3. Jamie Kennedy's introduction just makes things worse. Not fun.

I enjoyed it but when I put this on I expected that fun campiness the others had. This one had a tone shift that may put others off from it but if you can handle it losing its campiness its not bad. I really don't see myself seeking this movie out again if I'm in the mood for Tremors unless I'm doing a marathon since they lost some of that campiness charm they had. I enjoyed the CGI effects more than I thought I would given I love practical effects. While some of the dialogue felt forced it did make me laugh a few times but this movie feels a lot more serious vs self aware. IF I'm in the mood for a more serious movie with a few laughs I could see me watching it.

Come to Africa, we'll have some laughs, see some game, go to a deep dark cavernous.....
