there's some really great scenes in this movie, like the one when he comes home and calls all his animals. and jim carrey's exaggerated and cartoonish characterization is a high point. but watching this now again... it made me really sick. i felt really, really bad. just, very transphobic and mysoginistic. "oh, but it was made in the 90s". very transphobic and mysoginistic still. so disrespectful. nostalgia isn't really a great feeling.

Aaaaawl-right-y-then! Now this film never gets old, Jim Carrey at his best, and just keeps on getting better, such an ace film, and fits like a glove! and you'll need a clean pair of shorts, because you'll laugh that much you'll piss your pants.. XD

Sure, this is cheeseball comedy, but Jim Carrey makes it memorable.

This had a whole transphobic/homophobic joke that was like the whole ending so it just sucked really did not like the film cause that was basically the whole climax of the film “we we kissed a man so disgusting” and he was sick so much like seriously just get over it
