The film is based around the Christian theme of living by faith and not by sight. As a Christian myself I can see the point of the film and the message it was trying to convey. Unfortunately the film was quite bland and could have benefitted from a stronger script.

This is such an amazing movie, to see what he overcomes to play the game that he loves. Even more that its based upon a true story and the real Freeman is in the movie too!
