Great movie about life and death. Peter is in war and has to abandon his plane to his death.... he knows it’s the end for him and speaks to June a radio operator in his last moments. Funny thing is there is a mixup in heaven and Peter survives and falls in love with June. What ensues is a trial in heaven to determine if Peter can keep his life. Wonderful movie with beautiful cinematography. A great watch.

the line "one is starved for technicolour up there" filled me with so much joy I immediately realized how special this one was.
