Sinopsis
Michael King es un director de documentales que está pasando por los peores momentos de su vida. Esto se debe a que ha perdido a su mujer, lo que lo ha sumido en la tristeza más absoluta. No sabe qué hacer para recuperarse y se le ocurre que una solución podría ser hacer un documental sobre lo sobrenatural. Él se convierte en el centro del documental y del experimento que se dispone a hacer, en el cual quiere demostrar que lo sobrenatural no existe. Para ello, contacta con todo tipo de personas cercanas a este mundo, desde ocultistas hasta curas exorcistas. Con ellos habla y graba el metraje para el que será su mejor documental, aunque él no sabe las consecuencias que le traerá. Estas consecuencias las vivirá en carne propia cuando una fuerza maligna lo posea y se niegue a salir de su cuerpo. Es entonces cuando Michael sabrá que lo sobrenatural sí existe.

A really good movie that managed to scare me despite my huge log of horror movies in my back pocket. The story and way it is shot is really effective. I love it.

Like a Lego pervy uncle: well put together and keeps its creepy factor throughout. This found footage (😍) horror film about a man fucking around with the dark arts and finding out is perfectly paced, capably filmed and wonderfully acted which already puts it above the rest of its contemporaries. Plus, there's only about 3 minutes of breaking the found footage format, which isn't too bad, considering.

It reminded me of "The Last Exorcism P.1" but well done. There was some dumb scenes, of course, but in its whole was a really good movie. Nice acting, nice timing, great photograph and very well written. But not completely original.
