La historia del Islam.
Siglo VII.

An epic in the style of the epics from the golden age of Hollywood. Although even Muslims should see the POV shots were a silly compromise. They took me out.
Muhammad of Arabia Finally getting this off my list. It had been there longer than I care to remember. As a Roman Catholic I’m perfectly familiar with how Christianity spread during its early years but I have very little idea with regards to the same aspect of Islam. This starts when Muhammad is in his cave receiving the Qoran from the Angel Gabriel and the initial skepticism from the community who are persecuted. They flee and take with them ‘the message’. It’s an epic in every sense for sure with a large cast of characters and some spectacular battle scenes. I had a little trouble understanding the lay of the land. Sometimes it’s not easy to tell who is who and the running time did turn into into a chore.
good or not good, this is an iconic film.
