Nothing wrong with it. Good movie for an entertaining evening.

I don't understand why The 13th Warrior had such a bad time at the box office. Yes, there are a few plot holes and some things doesn't make a whole lot of sense, but it's still a solid adventure story about men on a mission. The reason was probably a stuck up “professional” critic that had a bad day, and the rest of the suck ups fell in line as they always do. The role of the newspaper critics are past due, and good riddance. There was and still is way too much “agenda” in their so-called reviews. I'm much more likely to trust reviews and ratings from the regular movie going public than I am the over paid piss ants that doom or praise a movie based on how much they get pampered by the studios, political leanings, religious beliefes etc. Thank God more and more people realize this. Good action and acting, especially from Banderas and Storhøi. makes The 13th Warrior a forgotten gem in my book. Well worth the time investment.

Interesting subject matter, worth a watch if you're even a little interested in it. I suggest watching it on your own, it's not much of a "share" film.

This movie is a decent fantasy adventure movie with some impressive visuals and bombastic sound. It suffers though from the fact, that it confuses the viewer by trying to be historic and realistic at times, though it is just pure fantasy. The whole thing is also a bit chaotic at times and the viewer does not really get a good liking or disliking of the many characters. Decent entertainment, but not as epic as the makers wanted it to be.

A solid movie for a good movie night.It doesnt deserve the ratings it got.Nothing phenomenal.Nonetheless a good piece of art.
