I like a movie where one hardened killer is hunting another and then they team up to take on the real enemy. Like The Fugitive with less Oscar winning material and more machine guns. The dramatic story would be fine if the leads could deliver but they're just tough guys being tough so none of the drama lands. If you like Parè and Busey then it's an easy hour and half to pass the time.
