I knew this was always gonna be epic, simply because Warner Bros need to keep their theme parks alive and after the flop Fantastic Beasts turned out to be, they really need this to work, therefore they will do everything perfect. But I still didn't expect how wonderful it would look. I grew up with Harry Potter books (I was 11 when the first book came out, so the same age as Harry) and it's my most beloved book series. So to see all of it come to life to this extent is just amazing and I'm not gonna lie, it even brought me to tears knowing we're finally going back. What impressed me the most were the animatronics, the amount of work that went to it in the era of all other productions just using special effects is amazing and the believability of it is breathtaking. I'm also very excited about the cast, the only one I'm still not sure is Paapa Essiedu as Severus Snape. I believe he's gonna be great, it will just take a moment to get used to him after so many years with certain idea of how Severus Snape should look like. The rest will be easy to fall in love with. Hagrid, Dumbledore, Minerva McGonagall, they all look great and the main trio as well. I can't wait for the series to arrive. And this time I'm gonna watch it with my own kids, which is gonna be even more magical. I can't wait to share this with them. If you haven't guessed, yeah, I'm very hyped 😃
The animatronics they're making look incredible, and wardrobe looks like they've got some pretty cool wizard outfits in the works. Excited for the show!
Was ok. It's a behind the scenes featurette. Nothing to write home about.
I'm obsessed with the awkwardness of the interview setups. They'll place someone in front of a backdrop but then shoot from the side, so all the edges are visible. Or they'll put the camera on a dolly for some reason and then pull way back, so the person is tiny in the frame. Really bizarre.
