If anything, if you are into military aviation, watch it for the footage which really looks great. The rest you should take with a grain of salt. I am almost certain that this is staged footage and not really from Red Flag operations. Now, it might be filmed during that but I spottet several errors. F.e.: An approaching F18 Hornet that becomes a F15 Eagle on landing. An agressor pilot that is supposedly flying a F16 Falcon, yet when they show the cockpit camera, locking over his shoulder, you see he's in a plane with two tail fins. Two A10 Warthog firering their guns on a tank but when the view is switched to the tank the Warthogs have become F15 Eagles. Then, airplanes release flares all the time which looks cool but I think is more geared toward getting those cool shots instead of showing authenticity. For a documentary there is too little information and on the other hand there is no story to sell this as some kind of movie. It is all geared toward IMAX which you should keep in mind.
