I seriously don't get the hype. I went to see it after hearing all around that it's smart horror by Rahul Sadasivan, but it's not, I didn't feel it. However, the movie is good enough to hold your attention for the entire runtime. It's more of a psychological thriller that also incorporates an investigation subplot. Pranav Mohanlal's acting is so good, you genuinely feel his fear, his confusion, and all of his emotions. It's a good one-time watch. It's just that the horror part isn't entirely justified, and they didn't provide some answers very clearly....

as a malayalam horror film top sht it's more about the atmosphere excellent sound design

given the hype and the film's visual style and all, i was expecting something brilliant and fresh but it ultimately falls into typical horror movie style and its not particularly scary. dont get me wron it is still a very good movie. it looks & feels superb but the ending (climax) and a few specific scenes let down the film. Pranav delivered a strong performance even though he felt a bit forced or over expressive during the casual scenes.final twist was an good. but it didntt quite land for me. and the end movie feels unfinished i'm hoping for a part 2.
