Sinopsis
Reno Miller (Abel Ferrara) es un artista que, sofocado por los agobios y las exigencias de la vida urbana, ha ido hundiéndose progresivamente en una espiral de locura y, a pesar de su esfuerzo por resistirse, encuentra que ya no tiene otra forma de desahogarse que no sea el recorrer los callejones de Nueva York, armado con un taladro, en busca de carne dónde hundirlo.

Time is taken to create a real impoverished setting. The main character is OK, but he wasn't fleshed out enough to make this a psycological horror. It relied more on simple bloody imagery as the forerunner leading up to the breakdown. It's a straight forward slow build up and breakdown movie. The build up is characters wasting away like the buildings around them, and being surrounded by stress. It's watchable, but it's very rough around the edges.

if you come to this as a ferrara fan you'll be disappointed if you watch it as a horror and ferrara fan you'll love it
