Sinopsis
Frank Detorri (Bill Murray) no goza de buena salud. Se alimenta de comida basura, no hace ejercicio y trata a su cuerpo de todas formas menos como si fuera su templo. Esta forma tan poco sana de afrontar la vida hace que el interior del cuerpo de Frank sea un campo de batalla en el que se enzarzan las bacterias. El día en que consume un huevo duro que recoge del suelo, descubrimos que dentro de Frank se esconde una ciudad orgánica llena de vida y de pequeños personajes que imitan la vida humana. Cuando una enfermedad desconocida y letal infecta a Frank, el poco ortodoxo agente Osmosis Jones (Chris Rock) es mandado a investigarlo junto a la pastilla Drixenol (David Hyde Pierce). Después de una lucha constante de bacterias y glóbulos blancos el cuerpo se recupera y Frank se da cuenta de que estaba maltratandolo.

Its a nice kids movie with a cool mix of animation and real life scenes (with Bill Murray! always fun). But don't expect an anatomically correct movie that will teach your kids (or yourself) in a fun way about the human body, most of the stuff in this movie is completely made up and scientifically not even remotely possible. If you want your kids (or yourself) educated about the human body than there is a tv show that is way more suitable and actually has a lot of facts and real and correct information about the human body.
