Wow! I did not see that movie coming. What looks like a darkish comedy about a road trip turns into so much more. The movie deftly shifts between comedy and drama, often in the same scene. It never takes itself too seriously, but there is absolutely a serious movie in there. While the movie centers around the lead (and is very loosely based on a real life situation that she encountered), it very much opens itself up towards the end as the lens it put on all of the women.
