Despite having extreme Marvel fatigue, this movie succeeded in entertaining me. It had the same wit as the previous guardians movies while not being just a cheap rip off of their original jokes like many comedy sequels tend to do. It was emotional and exciting, introduced interesting new dynamics to a gang we are already quite familiar with.  I found myself about an hour and half into the movie feeling quite excited that there was still an hour left. This movie isn’t without it’s tiring superhero battles and predictable villains but these seemed to be a bit on the back burner while freeing up screen time for character development with a side of humor.
