I watched this at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o9HNifG-_qE. I so desperately wanted to enjoy it - it is an amateur production, with a cool name, some witty premises ("there is a market for refurbished babies, but you don't get that much for them") and made by Canadians But the reality is that this was too slow, too dull, not funny for me. Not every movie can be good, and so kudos to the team for trying. I'd suggest giving it a try and watching what you can, and hope that it works better for you.
