Not as enjoyable as the first two, but 'The Enforcer' still entertains. Clint Eastwood is again excellent in reprising the role of Harry Callahan, while the support cast is spearheaded by the likes of Tyne Daly and Harry Guardino. I don't really have much to say that's different from the 1971 and 1973 films, in that it's a fun flick that is paced well; even if, again, it is a drop from its two predecessors.

Kate: Okay, nobody move! Harry: Marvelous.

A step down from the first two because there's uneven pacing. It's a short 90 minutes yet it stretches itself out with foot chases, one of which is unnecessarily long. The addition of Tyne Dsly was fine. The racism from blacks to whites was a little on the nose but that's America for you. So far the strongest has been Magnum Force.

Well, the franchise looses a bit of its originality in this third movie but it still a must-see for fans of the genre.
