Half of it is the protagonist, drunk, going from room to room in a kind of love district of weird stuff and kinks. This has very little interest. However, around that: 1) There's a whole universe. People are living underground, wearing horror masks, there's a post apocalyptic kind of society going on. 2) There's a interesting design, not only with the costumes and masks but with the image. There's no dialogue, it's more or less in black and white, though the light can be green, red, yellow, purple, etc instead of white. 3) There's actually a story, progression, characters, and development, that I didn't think I'd see there. This sure is experimental, but not just a mix of weird stuff, experimental for the sake of it, like a lot are.
