okay... so basically I like Sherlock Holmes, but this movie was completely different. Was much more like a regular action film which has nothing to do with Sherlock Holmes. I recommend the tv series 'Sherlock' if you want true Holmes & Watson experience ;)

being entertained simultaneously knowing it will never entertain you again

Not my cup of tea. I couldn't even finish it

Just an action flick using Sherlock Holmes as a selling point whilst being as far away as possible from the actual characters.

I loved it, it's not like the BBC's Sherlock series, it's a bit more action focused, but I still loved it. There's deductions, mystery and humour. RDJ and Jude Law make a great duo, and I'm glad it didn't end here, will be watching A Game of Shadows next.
