Tub Fish is cute film carried by the performances of Jerry Stiller and Anne Meara. It was also a delight seeing baby Mark Ruffalo. A lighthearted, comedic take on faltering lifelong and newer relationships. To me, a the comedic elements took away from the emotional core of the movie. Although it was a feel-good story, I wish there was more attention to seeing Stillers life alone and feeling his life and the love he had for Meara's character. Unfortunately, I felt I was missing the visual image of the story of the film and instead was given the emotions through witty dialogue and a rushed conclusion.
