Being an adult is hard, and for Uramichi Omota, that truth weighs on him. While on TV, he’s the upbeat exercise instructor for a children’s show, but he and his coworkers keep revealing the plight of adulthood on air. At least they’re working through it.

This show can be a bit repetitive at times, but it’s a unique spin on life with a different perspective that I’m sure a lot of people can relate to. You really do fall in love with the characters.
It's my favorite comedy show. I want them by my friend, I will rewatch this every time I feel sad. I'm in love with every character *-*
