Terrible fights , graphics /cgi , makeup (men's hair net) and terraible acting by Wu Jiayi. I liked the concept but there are many plot holes and misunderstanding . Li Xuan should have known about his mother much earlier as it felt rushed how he got over the betrayal of his father and master in killing his mother... [spoiler] Prince of Shia should have never tried to marry Su if he anyway needs to sacrifice the stone to her ; whats the point really [/spoiler] While i loved Princess Shia and Xiu Fenming love story it has overshadowed main couple unfortunately most times. Sword spirit was useless mostly egging Su to kill Xuan and likewise the Master Shi & emperor for egging children to exterminate a race ; why can't adults manage and prevent the prophecy & why they need to train young teens to fight a demon. Overall it wasn't a light watch ; there were too many unnecessary plot elements ; but the only time i liked was in the Valley with Elder of Book Heaven [spoiler] and glad to see the leads escape there since the time runs slower and she doesn't have much to live ? [/spoiler]
