It's got a good mix of humor and action wrapped around an interesting story and likeable characters. The art style and animation is pretty good too. Definitely give this a shot if you're looking for something new to watch.

The world is so well realized, the characters are so well written. The story is fairly unique in how it's told, and is also told at a somewhat recklessly fast pace, but that adds to the charm of it all. Also, despite the CGI, the animation still manages to be very impressive looking. Recommended to anybody who likes unique or interesting series, or anybody looking for a good dystopian setting.
