The best bar in San Diego is an unlicensed, makeshift bar nestled in Abby's backyard. There are rules at Abby's: no cell phones, not even to "look something up," earning a seat at the bar takes time, and losing a challenge means drinking a limey, sugary "not-beer" drink.

I was excited to watch this show. Natalie Morales? Neil Flynn? Nelson Franklin? Yes please, all funny people. However this show is not funny. The writing is terrible. Some of the 'punchlines' are not even jokes. E.g. 'Your cup is a viking helmet, huh?' Punchline: 'I go with my gut, and my gut says viking helmet' (followed by raucous laughter). How is that a joke? It's just repeating the set-up. That was the format of most of the 'jokes' in this show. I was hoping for a modern day Cheers but that was awful.
Horrific. I usually give shows more than the pilot before I quit but this is truly awful. Characters are not introduced at ALL. It's filmed in front of a live outdoor audience (what???) and yet the laughter is CONSTANT. The show's not even funny.
This was a good show, as good as any other nbc sitcom or even better cause it had some diversity. Everyone just wants to be a hater.
