This is a perfect blend of detective mystery and holiday cheer. And to my surprise, it's not cheesy at all like other Hallmark Christmas program. The actors can actually act. I had no doubts about Sarah cause I know her from Grey's Anatomy and I know she's talented, but the rest of the lesser known cast is great as well. The cases are also interesting. According to the internet, Hallmark copied only the first episode from Audible drama this show is based on, and the rest are original stories. As someone who has only listened the first episode so far, I find that Hallmark changes improved the story and they did a better job providing resolution and a perpetrator. I do hope they will renew it for S2 because there are some loose ends. All in all, if Christmas themed movies/shows are your guilty pleasure during holidays and you love cozy mysteries, this is the perfect one to watch while curled up with a cup of hot cocoa. :slight_smile:

My partner wanted to watch this. She finds these Hallmark and Lifetime shows comforting and good hangover TV. Anyway, exactly what you would expect from a Hallmark murder mystery show. Not a single original idea our standout element but a decent production nonetheless.

I've watched both seasons, and this is a really fun but also suspenseful cozy-ish mystery show set during Christmas time, of course! Looking forward to the 3rd season! Just wondering that with an ending like that (meaning the ending of 2nd season) it really can't just skip 11 months like happened between seasons 1 and 2? Or can it?
