Very well executed series, quite topical.
The Telgi Story has the weight of a great premise, but it never hits the same precision as Scam 1992. The story is fascinating, the scale of the scam is insane, yet the execution feels more stretched and less tightly controlled. Gagan Dev Riar is solid, bringing menace and unpredictability, but the writing lacks the sharpness and iconic dialogue that made the previous series unforgettable. The pacing drags in parts, and the tension isn’t as consistent. Still engaging, but always living in the shadow of its predecessor.
