The series is based on the so-called Operation Nécora that dismantled part of the drug trafficking in Galicia in 1990, although the story has more connections with reality through the curious trajectory of Tania Varela, a lawyer from Cambados who had a romantic relationship with a drug trafficker. The script tries to maintain the balance between the drug trafficking thriller and the risky love story through, but it is surprisingly bland and transmits little tension, falling into many of the common places of this type of stories. It is a story that develops in the most predictable way.
Is very slow moving in the first 4 episodes. Jumping around a bit to different town's, a little confusing and hard to follow. The ending is a bit of a cliffhanger, more to unravel in season 2! Maybe.
