Every second counts.
When police officer Nikki Batista’s son goes missing, she joins the Philadelphia Police Department's Missing Person’s Unit (MPU) to help other people find their loved ones, even as she searches for her own. Six years later, her world is turned upside-down when her ex-husband, Jason Grant, a former police officer, shows up with a proof-of-life photo of their missing boy. Or is it?

maybe 20 years ago but this kind of procedural now is so childish. I think as viewers we are passed this kind of nonsense Bad acting, bad dialogoue, really bad scenes on the show. As far as the kid, we all see that coming and i' m trying to remember another older show with a son o a senator with the same plot. “the family”, that was good
Credit to Fox for the altruism of releasing this Inept Procedural. The new drama isn’t offensive or necessarily outrageous in its badness. Either episode I’ve seen is equally flimsy. The second episode is wholly forgettable. All this could probably be mitigated if Alert had any visual flair. I’m not angry at it. It’s just inept, and were it not for the presence of Jamie Foxx as co-creator, I have a hard time imagining the show ever would have made it to air. … I feel bad, but mostly bad that I wasn’t watching something better.
Worst show on air how it made to season 2 let alone an episode 2 on season 1, bad acting, bad script and I'm just plane bad don't waste your time.
Best way to sum this up: Never put Scott Caan in anything, ever. He's a terrible actor and any show he's in suffers as a result. That being said, this show does indeed suck and the theme has been done, overdone, redone and redone again so many times that it's just a blur of super cheesy procedural episodes that make you want to tear your eyes out.
This show had much more potential than what we ended up seeing on screen. The script was all over the place and dropped one „what the hell“ moment after the other. It was inconsistent and each season felt unconnected to its previous and following season. I liked Scott Caan in Hawaii Five 0 but even I noticed that he acted the very exact same way he acted in the role of Danny Wiliams in H5-0 so yeah, not good. This show seemed to try all kind of things, plot twists, stuff like bromance etc but nothing really worked and the result is pretty much ultimate disaster and a mess. Sorry to say that, but yes, better go watch something else.
