There really is nothing more insufferable than the "it wasnt the same as the book" nerds. This movie, in fact both movies, made by Bourboulon are modern day epics. Two of the best movies in the last decade, and certainly better than 99% of the garbage from Hollywood. I really hope this same team makes a third movie, or can at least adapt another one of Dumas's musketeer novels. We deserve good things like this.

It maintains the good level of the first one, although in this one more Eva Green appears, which is always good, with this ending I hope for a possible third part.

Extremely disappointing. The story is now completely different from the book, boring and predictable. What a shame for the duology, and fall from the first one ! You should stick with the first movie. Watched in theater.

Turns out most of the story of these two movies are not quite accurate to the book. Nevertheless it was an interesting movie somehow, but not that amazing. Realised some identities from the start (probably remember the real story without having read the book). Fine enough acting. Lots of action.
